Customer segmentation by transactional behaviors

This module allows you to group or divide similar customers within the segments and the differences between them; each segment is characterized by having similar transactional behaviors, this allowing the proper monitoring of suspicious and unusual transactions.


What can you do with

  • Determine the transactional profile of each group or segment, allowing you to establish, without subjectivity, the number of times and average amounts for the types of transactions performed by customers.
  • According to the characteristics of new customers, such as geographic location, economic activity, etc., automatically assign them to a group or segment with a transactional profile.
  • Integrate the transactional profile in the monitoring of transactions in order to detect suspicious and unusual transactions.
